Well manufactured , easy assembly . Great bike all in all
Received my bike almost 1 week ago. Assembly was fairly easy. Inflated the front tire to 34# (directions say to inflate between 30-40#). Went inside to get ready to go for a ride & heard a loud bang, the front tire had exploded. I emaild service@asomtom immediately. Waited 1 day & no reply so I emailed again. Two days later & still no reply. I called the phone number online & a person answered & told me it was a national holiday in China so someone would get back to me after the weekend. It’s now Monday afternoon and I still have heard nothing from Asomtom . I like the bike but am not satisfied with the customer service.
Delivery was within a few days.
Charger works as advertised.

Love the product but I ordered a throttle and it took a month to get !!!!! That needs fixn
The bike rides great but there are some things that should be known.
For starters, upon opening the box I noticed that not everything was completely secured. One, the front fender, which they threw in for free, was loose and upon further inspection I found it was bent to a degree that I had to force it on the bike and once I did it wouldn't stop rubbing the tire. Also, in their manual they send you they state they will not replace plastic parts bent or damaged during delivery as it is "normal". Two, the front tire had reinforcement foam taped all on it and it was semi secured, however, after I put it on the bike I found that it was bent/canted left and when I tightened the front axle bolt to a satisfactory degree, the brake disc rubbed against the brake pad making a horrible noise if you tried to ride it.
Outside of those very noticeable but manageable flaws (you can just ride without the front fender and losses the axle a little but it gives it a small wobble) the bike rides great. The motor is very responsive and the front display is very helpful and intuitive. I did notice that the battery display doesn't display the correct percentage at all times and will display a higher percentage than it did when you turned it off. For example, I rode it to a festival and it got down to 85% with pedal assist and upon turning it back on after the festival, it was back up to 94%. The big wheels give a smooth ride on pavement but I have yet to try it on a trail as I want to try to get the front tire situated first.
Overall, it is a fantastic looking bike and the rear rack that was included for free really finishes the look, however due to it operational issues and the, in my opinion stingy replacement policy, I have to give it a three stars. This is mainly due to the fact that I got it to go mountain biking, but with the wheel like it is, I am afraid to do so.
This bike is fantastic! It is faster and easier to ride than I anticipated. I can't recommend this bike enough!
It's a nice bike, well made. Having some trouble riding it with my prosthetic leg . But not one to let the disability win. And on more thing photos in instructions suck, and no. on what is what on the handle bars.
We enjoy our 2 bikes, there fast & super fun so far. Looking forward to all our new adventures while riding these bikes
The bikes are great I bought two. Not super easy to put together but the instructions are nice and thorough. I got the multipurpose and child rack, these came with no instructions and cannot find install instructions on line either. After the first one the second was easy. The bikes are solid and heavy duty. Have not rode them much yet but the dual batteries should have a good range overall. So far very satisfied with the bikes.
Shifter cable does not allow derailer to travel far enough to reach high gear.
Over all I like the bike. But I have a problem with the derailer. It will not shift into the lowest gear. I’ve tried making adjustments but it just doesn’t extend enough to get on that last gear.

Excellent bike . I have only taken it out for short spins thus far, lots of power can't wait to take it out on a long run. So far so good.
Only thing I wish I did was get the low step and the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as I thought.
Bike is very well built color scheme is amazing ,bike rides very nice , assembly was very easy, the integrated headlight and digital display are awesome. Bike rides nice and handles very nice. I will be adding a taillight that has directional and a brake light.
Have not reeived it yet… should be here on Tuesday next week.
Shipping was slow, and I was beginning to wonder if I was making a costly mistake. That all changed when I got my SR6! Order it, you won’t regret it! That I promise.
