The bikes are great I bought two. Not super easy to put together but the instructions are nice and thorough. I got the multipurpose and child rack, these came with no instructions and cannot find install instructions on line either. After the first one the second was easy. The bikes are solid and heavy duty. Have not rode them much yet but the dual batteries should have a good range overall. So far very satisfied with the bikes.
Shifter cable does not allow derailer to travel far enough to reach high gear.
Over all I like the bike. But I have a problem with the derailer. It will not shift into the lowest gear. I’ve tried making adjustments but it just doesn’t extend enough to get on that last gear.
The e300 is a great bike, however the instructions to change settings is very limited on information about how to personalize the bike.. also purchased the sr6 which has 18 different modes and the owners manual explains nothing..currently trying to get detailed information from the company about mode settings..still waiting..

Excellent bike . I have only taken it out for short spins thus far, lots of power can't wait to take it out on a long run. So far so good.
Only thing I wish I did was get the low step and the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as I thought.
Bike is very well built color scheme is amazing ,bike rides very nice , assembly was very easy, the integrated headlight and digital display are awesome. Bike rides nice and handles very nice. I will be adding a taillight that has directional and a brake light.
Shipping was slow, and I was beginning to wonder if I was making a costly mistake. That all changed when I got my SR6! Order it, you won’t regret it! That I promise.

The e-bike was easy to assemble out of the carton. I do wish that there was an user's manual that focused on the controls included in the carton.
I have sent an email including pictures and a video showing the bike was delivered damaged and had no reply in over a week. I have called four times and also had no reply. Terrible customer service!!! I have a broken bike in parts taking up my living room waiting for someone to help which they won’t.
Where do I start? Ordered 2 bikes from asomtom, a E300 and a Q7. The E300 arrived in about 6 days. Ok not so bad. The Q7 on the other hand is a different story. Ordered one day before the E300 and was lost for 3 days somewhere? Arrived in 9 days! Now the issues with these bikes. E300- LCD display screen had large white spot in the middle - handlebars had large gouge/scratch and they say this is normal but also had a large dent in the lower frame. Not buying the reason! Q7- seat frame was bent so seat was crooked - fenders were scratched and beat up but they told me it was normal shipping damage?? The solution was sending me a new display (coming from china?) WHAT! It might take a while I was told. Then they would refund me $50 for the damage to the bars and $50 for the seat damage. When a guy spends over $2400 on 2 bikes and with all these issues you would think maybe a little more than $100 would be the solution! I just wanted to be done with this after dozens of emails so I took the $100 and chalked it up to a life lesson.
