1.Shipping Information
We currently offer free shipping to 48 regions within the continental United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping costs are covered by ASOMTOM and the orders are shipped from local warehouses in the United States. FedEx or UPS handles the delivery within different regions of the United States. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, in-stock orders are typically shipped on the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Please allow 3-7 days for the delivery of the goods. Any delivery dates provided by ASOMTOM are estimates.
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and courier companies may restrict their operations. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal services will resume immediately after each holiday.
Our bicycles are carefully packaged and protected for transportation. When purchasing bicycles and other items together, we will try to ship your order in one box, but sometimes it may be necessary to ship them in separate batches. If you do not receive all products simultaneously, please do not worry.
Note: It may take a few days for the tracking number to become active in the courier's system after the order is shipped. If the information does not appear on the courier's website, please try again later.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the latest information and contact the shipping company regarding any changes in the delivery dates. ASOMTOM will not be held responsible for any undeliverable packages.
Note: Once the products are signed for, ASOMTOM will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We are also not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or UPS services.
2.Shipping Policy
2.1 Before Shipment
① Order Cancellation:
Electric Bicycle Orders:If you cancel an electric bicycle order within 2 hours of placing it, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made after 2 hours, an 8% fee of the order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If a customer orders the wrong model and wishes to place a new order, no cancellation fee will be charged upon receiving the second order.
Accessory Orders:If you cancel an accessory order within 2 hours of placing it, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made after 2 hours, a 25% fee of the order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
② Address Change: No fees will be charged for address changes.
③ Order Modification: No fees will be charged for order modifications.
2.2 After Shipment
① Order Cancellation: If your order has already been shipped and cannot be modified, you can refuse the package and a cancellation fee of 8% of the order amount will be charged. You will also be responsible for a $150 return shipping fee. ASOMTOM will provide a return label for the designated carrier to collect the return package.
If a customer decides to arrange the return independently, they need to contact ASOMTOM customer service team for confirmation and return the goods to the designated address.
② Address Change: If the address can be successfully changed, no fees will be charged. If the address change is unsuccessful, you can refuse the package. We will consider this as a refund request and charge a 8% fee of the order amount as a cancellation fee. You will also be responsible for a $150 return shipping fee.
③ Order Modification: Order modification is not available.
If the product return is due to an order modification and the customer has placed a new order for a higher or similar dollar amount with the returned product, processing fees can be avoided. If the customer has not placed a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, an 8% processing fee of the order amount and a $150 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Model exchange is only applicable for electric bicycles. For exchanging with a different model, customers can contact our customer service in advance to place a new order for the desired model and return the products from the original order. All exchange requests must follow our return policy and receive pre-approval notification from our customer service team via email. Free shipping does not apply to exchanged bicycles.Note: Customers need to send an email to ASOMTOM's customer service team for any order cancellations. Once the cancellation request is approved, ASOMTOM will send a cancellation notification email to the customer. Customers should not send return packages to ASOMTOM without receiving the notification. ASOMTOM will reject all packages that do not arrive on time and customers will be responsible for any related costs or losses.
3.Order Tracking
If you have registered an account on asomtom.com, you can track your order along with shipping and handling information. If you haven't registered on our website, you can still track your order using your order number or through the respective logistics official website. If you have any questions, please email us at service@asomtom.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Note: If you haven't received your bicycle but the logistics order shows that the goods have been delivered, please contact us within 3 working days. After 3 working days, we will no longer handle this issue, and the customer will need to contact the respective logistics company to resolve the problem.
