Q7/E300 Measuring Battery Voltage Using a Multimeter

When you need to determine if a battery is functioning properly, you can use a multimeter to measure its voltage.

Tools: Multimeter

Step 1: Set the multimeter to the DCV (direct current voltage) range of 250.

Step 2: Insert the positive and negative terminals of the multimeter into the correct positions. The bottom of the battery is marked with "+" and "-" symbols. If the reading is stable at around 52V, it means that the battery can work normally.

If you obtain an abnormal or unstable voltage reading, please record a video showing the reading and send it to service@asomtom.com. The after-sales team at Asomtom will assist you in resolving any issues you encounter.
