Tools: Allen wrench, cable ties, scissors

Step 1: Remove the battery

Step Two: Flip the Bike

Step 3: Remove the left cover

Step 4: Cut off the cable ties that fix the motor wires, and unplug all the wires connected to the controller

Step 5: Replace the controller with a new one, and connect all wires according to the color of the interface.

Step 6: Fasten the motor wires with cable ties

Step 7: Install the left cover
