Battery Key Replacement
Please submit a photo of the key number on the key lock via our instant messaging tool or by email. Also, please be sure to note the bicycle model and the key number on the battery lock in the remarks column, for example: Q7-D140.
Please note, when purchasing this item, you can only replace one key, not two. If you need to replace two keys, please select quantity as 2 when purchasing.
Due to the unique nature of the item, once the key is purchased, returns or refunds are not supported.
